I was tasked with taking an existing company ad and redesigning it to make it even better. Villa Tuscano is an upscale housing development in Mesa, Arizona, and I wanted to communicate that feeling of luxury in the ad I created. I paired a modern serif font for the community name with a simple sans serif for the accompanying information. I also included striking photos of some of the homes that would be built in Villa Tuscano and used hierarchy, proximity and bullet points to communicate the information in bite-size pieces. The first photo is the ad I created and the second photo is the original.
